Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. You will play a key role in fostering relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in sales management and excellent communication skills.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or sales management.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team to meet or exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Oversee sales reporting and provide insights to improve performance.
  • Coordinate with marketing and other departments to align sales initiatives.
