Job Description
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales or sales management.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
